The surface treatment is usually hot dipped galvanized after welded with a zinc weight of above 200g/m2.Or just welded by hot dipped galvanized wire before welded.

Spiral wire:

The spiral wire is to connect neigbour welded wire mesh panels together to be a basket.It is easy to connect two panels by spiral wire just by hand.16 spiral wire is needed for one set welded gabion baskets

Hooks wire:

The hooks wire or stiffener is to enhence the baskets structure by hook up two welded panels,which to prevent the gabion baskets from buldge out when filled with stones.This item is chosen by customers.

Assemble gabion basket:

The assembled process is simple.Hold to panels to 90 degree,then put the spriral wire on right position,then rotate the spiral wire until the two panels are connected:
